1 Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of 92go constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms apply to all users of the 92go platform regardless of how they access it — via web browser on desktop, mobile browser on smartphone, or any other interface or application made available by 92go.

92go reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of 92go after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 2 Eligibility & Registration

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on 92go, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all players regardless of jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing 92go from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using 92go is lawful in your location.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You do not already hold an existing active account on 92go. Only one account per person is permitted — one per household, one per device, one per IP address, and one per payment method.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of 92go, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 92go or had an account closed for violation of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your valid email address, your date of birth, and a Pakistani mobile number. Providing false information during registration constitutes an immediate breach of these Terms.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

92go operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and responsible gaming obligations. All players are required to complete KYC verification before withdrawal requests above the applicable threshold are processed. In some circumstances, 92go may request KYC documents at an earlier stage, including immediately after registration.

The following documents may be requested during the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your valid National Identity Card (CNIC). Both sides of the CNIC must be submitted. Expired CNICs are not accepted.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official document showing your current residential address issued within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: For JazzCash or EasyPaisa accounts, a screenshot of the registered mobile wallet account showing your name and number. For bank transfers, a recent bank statement header showing your name and account details.
• Source of Funds: In cases involving large deposits or withdrawals, 92go reserves the right to request documentation demonstrating the legitimate source of funds used for gambling on the platform.

92go will process KYC submissions within 3–5 business days. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is completed will be held pending verification. 92go reserves the right to suspend account activity, including betting and withdrawal functions, while KYC verification is in progress or if submitted documents are found to be incomplete or inconsistent.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 92go are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Cash deposits at partner locations may also be available in select circumstances.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your 92go wallet instantly upon confirmation by the mobile money network.
• Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are credited within 1–3 business hours during banking hours.
• USDT TRC20 deposits are credited after blockchain confirmation (typically 1–3 network confirmations). The PKR equivalent is calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of credit.
• 92go does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have been verified and previously used for deposits on your account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• KYC verification must be complete before withdrawal requests above the applicable threshold are approved.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account's withdrawal section and may vary based on account level and verification status.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 24–72 hours from the point of request approval. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers.
• 92go reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified of any such delays.
• Withdrawals requested before applicable bonus wagering requirements are met will be declined until those requirements are satisfied.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

92go offers various bonus programmes and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered or credited. The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions on 92go unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, device, and IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited as restricted balance and cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been completed in full.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds before a withdrawal request for those funds can be processed. Wagering multiples are stated per-offer (e.g., 20x, 30x, 35x).

6 Game Rules & Betting

92go provides access to a range of gaming products including online slots, live dealer casino tables, fishing arcade games, cricket betting, and other sports wagering markets. Each game or betting market is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or betting section. In all cases, the following general rules apply:

• All slot and live dealer games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or operate with real physical equipment under monitored conditions to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Bet settlements are final once a game round or event is completed and the result confirmed in the system. 92go will not reverse settled bets on the basis of subjective disagreement with the outcome.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection during a live dealer game, or a technical error that affects the outcome of a bet, 92go reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's balance.
• For cricket betting and sports markets: odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. 7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 92go and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and in serious cases, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes, chargebacks, or reversals against 92go for deposits that were genuinely made and credited to your account.
• Money Laundering: Using 92go for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. 92go is required to file reports with relevant authorities when suspicious activity is detected.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, automated clicking tools, artificial intelligence, or any third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Collusion: Coordinating play with other players in any game — particularly live poker or live dealer tables — to gain an unfair collective advantage at the expense of other players or the house.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering, maintaining, or operating more than one account on 92go under any name, identity, device, IP address, or payment method combination.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your 92go account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to access, play on, or transact through your account.
• Systematic Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus structures, promotional terms, or referral programmes through artificial or coordinated means to extract value beyond normal player activity.

8 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92go shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial losses.

• 92go makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.
• 92go is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials or your failure to log out from shared devices.
• 92go is not responsible for delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or any other financial institution.
• In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of certain types of damages, 92go's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law of that jurisdiction.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 92go's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Amendments & Account Termination

92go reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified via the email address on their account or via a notice displayed upon next login. Continued use of the platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Account Closure by Player:

You may close your 92go account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be addressed — active bonuses will be forfeited upon closure at your request. Your available real-money balance will be paid out to your verified payment method subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

Account Suspension or Closure by 92go:

92go reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; provision of false or misleading information during registration; or any other conduct that 92go determines to be harmful to the platform or other players.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and 92go arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through 92go's internal complaints procedure as follows:
